A women looking concerned gazing into the sky

Life can be incredibly painful.

Jesus told us that, “in this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Unfortunately, our ability to “take heart” is often challenged by the thoughts and emotions that arise from past traumas, relational difficulties, negative patterns of behavior/thought, by spiritual challenges, by brain-based mental illness, and by a list of other possibilities.

But you are not alone! Alongside our pastoral ministries at Vineyard Columbus, our staff at Vineyard Counseling Center work to help our clients incorporate the most biblically-based, psychologically-sound methods in addressing their mental health struggles.
