Part-Time

Bookstore Clerk – Joshua House (2-6hrs/week)

  • Perform bookstore functions
  • Recruit volunteers
  • Create and organize events in or around the bookstore to foster community and resource Joshua House attendees
  • Help people get connected with resources of the Church and bookstore

Childcare Provider (4-12hrs/week)

  • Provide quality care for children
  • Interact and play with children
  • Teach a biblical lesson
  • Oversee the running of the classroom

Facilities (16hrs/week)

  • Perform manual labor tasks to clean and sanitize the building, set up for events.
  • Repair and replace minor broken or missing parts to tables, chairs, doors and related equipment
  • Assures safety of building by locking doors and clearing snow from outside walkways.
  • Ability to understand work instructions and a display of honesty, integrity and quality in all work required.
  • Must be able to perform a wide variety of physical tasks including but not limited to: walking, standing for long periods of time, pushing, lifting, ladder-climbing, bending and reaching.
  • Must be available to work day shift Saturday and Sunday doing set-ups and cleaning as needed.

  • Recruitment and training of EC VineyardKids’ leaders
  • Monitor weekend service
  • Prepare classrooms for weekend services
  • Participate on the VineyardKids team
  • Minimum of a high school diploma. Some college or degree preferred; training in child development is helpful
  • Must have a love for children

Summer Café/Zone Summer Food Service Program (Temporary/15-30 hrs/week)

  • Set up serving lines
  • Clean up and dishwashing
  • Food prep and food serving
  • Punctual, detailed orientated, team worker, self starter and can follow task lists easily
  • May 2012 to August 2012
