Will Shearer
Pastor & Executive Director
Will Shearer serves as a Pastor at Vineyard Columbus, as Executive Director and Treasurer of Vineyard Community Center, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Vineyard Community Center. In these capacities, Will (in co-directorship with Kerry Davis) is responsible for all aspects of Vineyard Community Center's business, with particular attention to external communications, partnerships, and collaborations, development of grant and foundation funding sources, on-going organization and administration, and pastoring the Vineyard Community Center staff (both paid staff members and volunteer ministry partners). Will has been attending Vineyard Columbus since the beginning of 1999. He is married to Noelle, and they have three children. Prior to joining the Vineyard Community Center staff, Will was a partner in the Columbus office of Baker & Hostetler LLP, a national law firm, where he practiced business law. Will graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Clemson University, where he was captain of the Varsity Golf team.

Kerry Davis
Pastor & Pastoral Director
Kerry Davis serves as a Pastor at Vineyard Columbus, as Pastoral Director of Vineyard Community Center, and as a member of the board of directors of Vineyard Community Center. In these capacities, Kerry (in co-directorship with Will Shearer) is responsible for all aspects of Vineyard Community Center's business, with particular attention to overall vision and development of Vineyard Community Center programming, recruitment, training, and support of program leaders (both paid staff and volunteer), and pastoring the staff (both paid staff and volunteers). Kerry has been involved with Vineyard Columbus since 1993 and joined the church staff in August of 1998 as Middle School Pastor, adding oversight of the High School Ministry in 2004. Kerry joined the Vineyard Community Center staff in June 2006. Kerry is married to Nancy and has three children.

Debra Griffin
Early Childhood Center Director
Debra Griffin is the Director of Vineyard Early Childhood Center, which is part of Vineyard Community Center. Vineyard Early Childhood Center opened in March 2006, and Debra, who joined the staff a few months prior to its opening, is the only Director the VECC has ever had. Debra's passion is working with young children, and she has been in the early childhood field for over 30 years. She delights in the blessing of being able to serve God and love on children at the same time. Debra and her husband, Daryle, have actively attended Vineyard Columbus since 2001, and they have three children.

Kevin Brown
Director of The Zone After School & Summer Program
Kevin Brown serves as the Director of The Zone After-School & Summer Program for our Community Center, and also as Pastoral Coordinator for Neighborhood Outreach. In these capacities, Kevin has developed relationships with Westerville City Schools, Columbus City Schools, and numerous community leaders and community organizations. He also serves as a board member for the steering committee of Children’s Hunger Alliance. In summer 2009, Kevin received the national 2009 Jefferson Award for community service. Kevin joined the Vineyard Columbus staff in 2003 and has held his position with the Community Center since its inception in 2006. Kevin is married to Rouxanne, a 2nd grade school teacher with Westerville City Schools. They have two boys, Korey and Kyle, who attend Westerville South High School.

Dave Anderson
Director of Sports & Exercise Programs
Dave Anderson serves as Director of Sports & Exercise Programs for our Community Center. Dave joined the Vineyard Community Center staff in September 2008 and has been a member of Vineyard Columbus since 1998. Before joining the Community Center staff, Dave worked for Dublin City Schools as a teacher and lacrosse coach. He is married to Rebecca and has two children.
