Mark Sullivan
Professional Counselor
Mark Sullivan, MSW, LISW, has been practicing counseling for over 20 years. He works with a variety of issues including: mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, children with emotional and behavioral problems, sexual issues involving dysfunction, addiction or abuse, and marital and parenting difficulties. Mark accepts most insurance coverage and is also a medicare and medicaid provider.

Vicky Grady
Professional Counselor
Vicky Grady, MACPC, graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with a Master's degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling. She has been involved with church leadership for over 30 years, and has been involved with Vineyard since 1989. Vicky's specializations include individual and marriage counseling. She has been married to Patrick for over 20 years and has three children and three grandchildren.

Lorie Kaufman-Rees
Professional Counselor
Lorie Kaufman-Rees, MA, MFCS, PCC, has a dual degree in Guidance and Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Before coming to Vineyard Columbus in 2000, she was involved in a private Christian practice in Toledo for 3 years, which means she has been counseling for almost 15 years. (She insists she's not old enough for this to be true!) Her passions include working with women, followed by couples, teens, and children. She is also trained as a divorce mediator. She specializes in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, but also works quite a bit with eating disorders, sexual abuse, grief, self-image, behavioral issues, parenting difficulties, infidelity, spiritual issues, and just about anything else people want to talk about! Lorie is on some insurance panels, and also uses the sliding fee scale set by the Counseling Center. She has been married for almost 20 years, and has two incredibly high-energy children.
Lorie is also available to come to home groups and women's groups to share on counseling related topics.

Teresa Smith
Professional Counselor, Spiritual Director
Teresa Smith received her Masters in Pastoral Counseling and has additional training and certification in Spiritual Direction from Trinity Seminary. She received her Bachelors in Education from Ohio University. She has been involved at Vineyard Columbus since 1993 and has, for much of that time, served in various leadership and pastoral roles, including serving as the Support & Recovery Pastor. Teresa offers individual counseling for men and women of all ages and in addition offers pre-marital counseling, marriage counseling and family counseling. She takes a direct and compassionate approach in counseling, as she seeks to give the care she believes all deserve. To name a few, Teresa works with those suffering with depression, sexual abuse, anger, marital conflict or infidelity, sexual addiction, anxiety, grief & loss, post traumatic stress disorders, codependency. In addition, she offers spiritual direction and spiritual mentoring to those in church leadership roles. In years past, Teresa worked as an elementary school teacher. She has been married to her husband, Addison, for thirty years and has two two married & terrific sons well as now...two wonderful daughters-in-law. She operates on the sliding scale fee set by the counseling center and takes Health Saving Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts - such accounts are often available through insurance plans.

Mark McCarthy, MA, MDiv, PCC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor with a Master of Divinity and a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary. He was trained under Doctors Larry Crabb and Dan Allender. Mark has been counseling for more than 20 years and involved with Vineyard Columbus for over 10 years. He specializes in marriage reconciliation, anxiety, depression, abuse recovery and other mental health issues. Some insurances are accepted. Mark has been married to Kathy since 1985 and they have 2 children.
