Mark McCarthy
Pastor
Mark has been a professional counselor since 1987. He has a Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Biblical Counseling and is a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He has been married to his beloved wife Kathy since 1985 and they have two young adult children. Mark enjoys leading, teaching and shepherding small groups with Kathy. He is passionate about seeing the Holy Spirit bring healing and wholeness to people's lives. He loves playing tennis, reading historical biographies, and taking long walks with his wife.

Kathy McCarthy
Pastor
Kathy has both a Masters in Music Education and a Masters in Biblical Counseling. She met her husband, Mark, while they were both in seminary. They fell in love with Jesus in a whole new way when they came to Vineyard Columbus in 1993. Kathy has previously served in a pastoral role and has counseled part-time for many years. She enjoys the flowers in her garden, walking in the woods, playing tennis, cooking a gourmet meal, reading a good book, and spending time with friends. Best of all, she loves seeing God's love capture someone's heart.

Alicia Streicher
Pastoral Coordinator
Alicia has been on staff since February of 2008 working in youth ministry and then interning in the Vineyard Counseling Center. Since then she has obtained her master of arts degree in Clinical Counseling through Ashland Theological Seminary and joined Support & Recovery and Lay Counseling ministries as the pastoral coordinator. She is passionate about people experiencing forgiveness, receiving healing, and living out redemption and reconciliation. When she's not running half and full marathons, you can find her traveling around the States, eating Jeni's ice cream, and catching up on the NY Bestsellers she's missed out on from being in graduate school.

Toni King
Administrative Assistant
Toni graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and is a licensed professional counselor. Her passion is to see individuals come to know the blessings they have in Christ and receive the transforming power of His love. When not at work, you will find her walking in the woods or playing with her neurotic dog, Sam.
