Rob joined the VLI team in July of 2009 after leaving a 25-year career in broadcast production and engineering. He has been a student in VLI and is currently enrolled in Asbury Theological Seminary as a student in the Masters in Divinity program. Terri Napletana
Representative
Terri is a graduate of VLI and joined the staff in January of 2009. Terri is the student contact for VLI for the international and At a Distant students and she is the site coordinator for all of our resident students. She keeps everyone on track with their schedules, reading assignments, intensives, and exams. If you have a student question, Terri is the one to call.

Don Williams
Interim Director
Don is a Vineyard pastor who started his ministry in the Presbyterin church. He was pastor to students for 10 years at the Hollywood Presbyterian Church and heavily involved in the Jesus Movement in the late 1960s. He taught at Claremont MacKenna College and Fuller Theological Seminary and became the Pastor of Mt. Soledad Presbyterian Church in La Jolla CA. He then, with his wife Kathryn, planted the Coast Vineyard in La Jolla, California. They now live in West Los Angeles, taking care of Kathryn's elderly mother and working with David Ruis planting a Vineyard Church in Hollywood called Baseleia.
Don graduated from Princeton University, Princeton Theological Seminary and holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University. He is the author of 12 books and has taught periodically for VLI.
