Baby Dedication
Saturday, February 25, 6pm & Sunday, February 26, 11:30am
This ceremony provides parents with an opportunity to publicly present their children to the Lord for His protection and for His purposes in their child's life. The dedication of a child has significant impact on the parents as well, for they are pledging to take on the task of raising the child to know Jesus. In dedicating their child to the Lord, the parents are at the same time dedicating themselves to following Jesus and to providing an environment that will nurture and encourage the child's desire and ability to make a commitment to follow Jesus. Parents are also committing themselves to continue to regularly attend and serve in a Christian church. During the ceremony the child and parents will receive prayer from the pastors and leaders for the Lord's hand of blessing to be on them and that the Holy Spirit will be at work in their lives.
Baby Dedication Classes
Saturdays, February 4 & 11, after the 6pm service
Sundays, February 5 & 12, after the 11:30am service
Attendance is required at one class.
