Stephen Van Dop grew up in the small town of Fremont, Michigan, whose population is half the size of Vineyard Columbus. Stephen has served as a medical center chaplain in Chicago and a pastor for two Reformed Church congregations. Since 2000 he has been on staff at Vineyard Columbus as the Pastor of our Connect Ministry. In that role he is directly responsible for welcoming and connecting new visitors and believers, all church outreaches, Evangelism training, Church Planting, Singles and Men's ministries. As part of the Senior Pastoral Team he supervises Worship and Children's Ministries and Vineyard Columbus' Sawmill Campus. Additionally, Stephen teaches Evangelism courses at VLI (Vineyard Leadership Institute). Internationally, Stephen leads the US Vineyard Partnership in Zambia. He enjoys outdoor activities (scuba diving, wilderness canoeing and hiking) jazz, reading and writing. Stephen and his wife Susan have been married 30 years. They continue to enjoy three children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, three grandchildren, two canoes and one grand piano.

Larry Miller
Pastoral Coordinator
Larry Miller has been the Pastoral Coordinator for Worship at Vineyard Columbus since the fall of 2005. He came to know the Lord at the young age of 14 as an Amish boy in Northern Indiana. He has been married to his lovely wife Rosalyn Miller since the winter of 1990. His passions in life are his wife, cooking, and leading worship. His vision is to raise up and mentor leaders in worship and in life. He is currently the overseeing pastor of Middle School, High School and Small Group worship leaders. He also coordinates and teaches at the Worship Training Center (WTC). WTC is an eight-week program offered twice a year which trains and raises up worship leaders for churches in central Ohio.

Jeff Anderson
Joshua House Worship Pastoral Coordinator
Jeff Anderson is a songwriter and a worship leader at Vineyard Columbus. He was originally featured on the Gotee Records roster in the spring of 2004, with his debut record "Seamless." He had a top ten single and was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2005 for his song "Open My Eyes." God has since led him into full-time ministry where he continues to grow as a leader, pastor and songwriter. He is one of the original worship leaders for Joshua House, where he currently pastors and leads the worship ministry. He also assists with main service worship. He has been leading worship for 12 years and pastoring for four years. He plays guitar and occasionally piano. He is married to his beautiful wife, Carriane, and they have two wonderful children, Caiden Finn and Lucy Grey. He recently released his prayer and meditation self-titled worship album with co-writer Jesse Cale. The side project is called Anderson Cale and is available on iTunes.

Carrie Mitchell
Administrative Assistant
Carrie Mitchell has been the Administrative Assistant for Clarence Church and the Worship Arts ministry since September 2008. She graduated from Malone University in 1999 receiving a Bachelors Degree in Communications. She currently leads worship at the Vineyard Columbus Sawmill Campus as well as other events, small groups, etc. She has a passion for leading others into the presence of God to find healing, peace, and ultimately lift up the name of Jesus. Carrie is also very blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Kyli Joy.
