Craig Allen
Pastor
Craig Allen grew up in Grove City, Ohio. Craig received a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Capital University. He was selected to be a member of the All-Intercollegiate Jazz Ensemble in 1986. Before coming on staff at Vineyard Columbus as Worship Arts Pastor in the fall of 2010, he performed extensively in central Ohio and the midwest for 30 years. Craig also taught music for 25 years as a faculty member of Encore Music Studios. Craig, his wife Beth and three daughters, Kayla, Aria & Rienna, came to Vineyard Columbus in 1995. Craig served in the Worship Arts ministry as a volunteer for nearly 14 years. Beth, Kayla, Aria & Rienna have been serving in the Children’s ministry for over 10 years. Craig and his family love serving Jesus at Vineyard Columbus.

Joshua Miller
Pastoral Coordinator
Joshua Miller was born in Chicago, Illinois and also lived in Riverdale, Georgia where he attended high school. He has been involved in music since a very young age. He began singing around the age of 3 and started playing drums at age 4. Throughout the course of his life he has learned to play the bass guitar and keyboard and was involved in choirs and bands both inside and outside of school and in church as well. Joshua became actively involved in music at his church and began leading worship at age 16. He was also involved in various youth ministries by teaching, holding small group meetings, and ministering at the FCSA at his High School. He is excited and passionate about using his abilities to bless others and share God’s Grace throughout his community, the church and the world.

Noelle Shearer
Pastoral Coordinator
Noelle Shearer has been writing songs, playing piano and singing for Jesus since she was a child. Her passion is to see people connected through worship to the God who loves them so. She has been married to Will since 2000. They have a brood of 3 great kids (Jude, Joella and Jordan) and one semi-great dog (Lenny).

Shawn Wallace
Creative Director
Shawn ‘Thunder’ Wallace is a talented performer, recording artist, composer, clinician and educator, skilled in jazz music and equally comfortable with classical and gospel music. He has been seen and heard nationally on CBS, BET, NBC and NPR. In addition to receiving recognition from many newspapers and publications including Billboard and Contemporary Christian Music Magazine, he is a winner of Downbeat magazine’s outstanding soloist award. Thunder is the Professor of Jazz Saxophone at The Ohio State University. In addition to having recorded 8 CD’s he has recently released a single on iTunes called, Presence. Thunder endorses Gemstone Musical Instruments.

Carrie Mitchell
Administrative Assistant
Carrie Mitchell has been the Administrative Assistant for the Worship Arts ministry since September 2008. She graduated from Malone University in 1999 receiving a Bachelors Degree in Communications. She currently leads worship at the Vineyard Columbus Sawmill Campus as well as other events, small groups, etc. She has a passion for leading others into the presence of God to find healing, peace, and ultimately lift up the name of Jesus. Carrie is also very blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Kyli Joy.
