Let’s be honest. It’s easy to get swept up in the vibe of Easter season. The tulips start growing, the grocery aisles turn into pastel sugar explosions, and your inbox is filled with brunch specials and egg hunt invites.
But somewhere in the middle of all that – the bunnies and the baskets and the jellybeans – is the heartbeat of our faith: resurrection.
Easter is not just another holiday.
Easter is the moment.
The hinge.
The axis.
The dawn that split the dark.
This is the moment we remember that Jesus defeated death. Not just as a symbol, not just as a story, but in actual history and in ultimate authority. And that victory is not distant. It reaches right into our own weary and wondering hearts.
What does this mean for us?
It means that you, right now, no matter where you are or what you carry, are invited into new life. The kind of life that doesn’t gloss over the pain or ignore the reality of the world but stares it down and says: he is risen. And he is making all things new.
So let me ask you:
Where do you long for something to be made new in you?
Is it your heart?
A relationship?
A place of deep disappointment?
Your sense of purpose?
We believe that this Easter, God is already at work in those places offering renewal that’s deeper than self-help and more lasting than any fresh start the world offers.
Good Friday + Stations of the Cross
Before we rush ahead to Easter morning (and the joy is coming!), let’s first take time to walk through the weight of the cross. Our Good Friday services will create space to sit quietly in the reality of Christ’s love and sacrifice.
We’ll also be offering a Stations of the Cross experience at our Westerville Campus on April 17 and 18. This immersive journey invites you to walk with Jesus through His final hours, to reflect, to slow down, and to let his suffering and love become personal. This is one of the most powerful ways to engage with the fullness of the Easter story.
All Things New
Beginning April 27, we’ll launch into a new sermon series called All Things New, rooted in the truth of the transformation God is working in us. Every day. Every season. Every part of our lives.
We’ll explore how God is renewing us. Not just in our faith, but in our relationships, our emotions, our workplaces, and the rhythms of our everyday lives. He is doing a redemptive, ongoing work in us. Shaping us more into who he created us to be.
Here’s Your Invitation
So whether you’re someone who shows up every Sunday, or someone who’s been away for a while. Whether your faith feels strong, or it feels threadbare.
You’re invited.
Come as you are.
Bring your questions.
Bring your family, friends, or co-workers.
Bring your longing for something new.
We believe that Jesus meets us in those places, and that Easter is not just a date on the calendar. It’s a declaration over our lives:
“Behold, I am making all things new.” – Revelation 21:5
